Good Parking also. The cinema as good seat with lost of knee space. No sore knees You can find some good restaurants also not worry about parking fees.
Good cinema, always clean & comfortable chairs. Service at the tills/food counter can be quite slow however so allow enough time for buying tickets!

Every visit here is a treat! Friendly staff, great cinema, relaxing environment and affordable prices. This is a building we're more than lucky to have. Would recommend to all.
I adore going here. I always prefer to support my local independent cinema when I can. Only one thing let's it down slightly and that's the chairs. I find them really uncomfortable. But other than that, I love the place.

Very friendly and helpful service. I was able to collect a 46" tv direct from their loading bay, which was very convenient. Sony products are excellent and this local store made buying the TV very painless. Would certainly shop there again. Shaun was particularly helpful, Prices were lower than on the Sony website and I got a five year warranty as well. Excellent.

The theatre is certainly beautiful and seems to be well looked after. We very much enjoyed our evening but there is one point I would like to make clear with regards to seating in the upper circle. The seats are far too close together with no space for you to sit comfortably. I am 5ft 11in and so not massively tall,I would just like to prepare any potential patrons that do sit in the upper circle seats to be ready for an unforgettably uncomfortable experience.
Four of us went to see I'm sorry I haven't a clue being recorded. We enjoyed the event, however, when it was first built 120 years ago people were quite a bit shorter than they are today so the seating was adequate, I'm only 5 foot eight but my knees were in constant contact with the back of the seat in front and no matter what I did ,which way I turned , I could not get comfortable., In addition at half-time smokers gathered outside by the fire doors allowing copious quantities of smoke to drift into the theatre, that is simply unacceptable and if people want to smoke it should be well away from open doors. I doubt very much that I will be going again,a great shame as its a great location and clearly a lot of hard work and expense have been put into its renovation

Staff were great, love the fact they bring the theatre to those who might never of been able to go. Pity so many people miss out on such great plays, comedy and new works. Never had a bed experience long may it last. Wish we had a theatre in Walsall
This theatre has a great atmosphere. It is an intimate performance space and the variety of events can usually satisfy most tastes. I've been going regularly for the last 2-3 years and have never been disappointed with a performance yet. The prices are affordable so you can experiment with your tastes. Try it.
