It's a cinema, it does what it says on the box.. customer service is fine, excellent manager by the name of Richard who is always very helpful.. there have been occasions when the popcorn is not as fresh. Not happy that coke drinks have been changed to Pepsi, but what can you do. Screens are clean with good sound. Toilets could do with more air freshener as they smell a bit.
The lights were on during the whole film. The dim lights that are on during the trailers was on throughout the movie. I asked twice to get them turned off. I was told they are safety lights that cannot be turned off and they are quite bright in some screens. It ruined the experience completely. After the movie i spoke to another employee who gave me the same feedback but issued us free tickets for another visit. Nice gesture. Not sure I want to sit through another movie if it's under the same circumstances.... Not to mention the sound was low too. Completely ruined the experience.

Lovely venue. Little cafe and a quirky shop area selling Wolverhampton based goods and even Adam Ant mugs. Cinema part was large, airy and nicely maintained. Glass ceiling in middle of Foyer was beautiful. I'll definitely be going again.
Went to an open mike evening and enjoyed listening to the various people performing. The cafe had a range of beers and wines as well as a selection of food which was reasonably priced. The cinema is also worth a visit, particularly when they live stream theatre performances.

A fabulous old theatre in the grand tradition. Allows for wheelchair users. Felt quite cool inside despite the 30 degree heat outside at the time of visit. Parking in the area a little pricey as well as difficult to find but otherwise great place of interest.
The show was awesome but the seats (grand circle row j) were clearly made for children. So so cramped couldn't move. Would rather pay extra for actual comfortable adult seats.
