Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Wolverhampton

Hamiltons Restaurant Wolverhampton

12-13 Park Rd W, Wolverhampton WV1 4PP, UK – 01902 567628

Excellent alternative afternoon tea there was a good range of alternative savoury selection & cakes. Staff were very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Access is appropriate for wheelchair access. There is also an option for gentlemans afternoon tea. I would definitely reccomend a visit.

Nice place really friendly staff, didn't eat there but had family staying there. They were full of praise

Cosmo Restaurant Wolverhampton

B8, Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Wednesfield Road, Wolverhampton WV11 1BP, UK – 01902 722233

I love Cosmos, the variety of food is amazing. It is one of my favourite places to eat. It is quite pricey for evening dining as there are more choices. Having said that, lunchtime dining has a brilliant selection too. I feel that ideally there should be an area for people who want a quiet dining experience. Parents were allowing their children to run around the tables yelling and playing tag recently. This is down to the parents lack of discipline not Cosmos.

Superb all you can eat buffet. Huge variety of food. They have something there for all tastes including vegetarian. A particular highlight is the grill section where you can ask for your meat done exactly how you like it. There is a reasonably good selection of fish and seafood for a buffet place. The dessert selection is quite eye-opening and there is sure to be something there to tempt you. It's my first choice of buffet venue in the Black Country.

Jivans

14 Broad St, Wolverhampton WV1 1HP, UK – 01902 427289

Changing my rating for this establishment from 5 to a 3 based on my last 2 visits. Food has changed and has become very salty to the point where 2 of us could not eat the chicken tikka starters and left quite a bit of the currys. Another 2 of us had a mixed meat balti's and were poorly the following morning. Service has also gone downhill. Not given any cutlery with the starters and not offered deserts or checked on during the meal. I've always raved about this place but can not recommend at the moment.

Very friendly staff, great papadons, naan, paneers, tikka masala's, etc with Indian beer.
